Plesk upgrade to 10.1.1 on virtual server - no plesk and no webpage is working

I just updted some servers to newest Plesk versions because of the security-patch (sql-injection). i updated it with commandline and not over the gui. I upgraded from plesk 9.5 to 10.1.1. After that i upgraded the microupdates too (now version 22).
But if i want to start plesk (https://server:8443) it says:

This Panel instance is installed in a PVC Container. The current Container offline management settings make the Panel unavailable.

I have no possibility to change this offline management. I saw some tips on the web that i have to change the port for plesk in plesk.conf. it is now set on 8880. But even if i set it to 18443, i cant access plesk. on the pleskpanel i can only start virtuozzo-panel.

If i enter a webpage running on this server it says "access denied". But apache is listening on port 80 and i didnĀ“t change anything in the httpdocs-folders...

What could i do or what should i look up ?

Its Suse10.3 and plesk10.1.1 (MU22)

are you able to access Plesk using http://serverip:8880? Also please check http://kb.parallels.com/en/5978

If this doesn't help I would recommend to contact your hosting provider and ask them to disable offline management for your server.

The provider had to install a "patch" and after that it worked again
