Can you re-run the test, however this time instead of using autodiscover, manually specify your server settings and see what the test returns.

Please follow all steps in this article - explains how to overcome connectivity issues when using a Wild Card Cert in Exchange 2007 for RPC over HTTPS (Outlook Anywhere). If you still have an issue afterwards, please re-post the new Test-ExchangeConnectivity
