When I click a category on Manage Categories page in Project Sever 2010 it gives an error with a corelation ID. On analyzing the ULS log it gives the message:

Project Server   Project Web App    2q1k      Exception       System.Data.ConstraintException: Column 'PROJ_UID' is constrained to be unique.  Value '(unique identifier)' is already present.    at System.Data.UniqueConstraint.CheckConstraint(DataRow row, DataRowAction action)   at System.Data.DataTable.RaiseRowChanging(DataRowChangeEventArgs args, DataRow eRow, DataRowAction eAction, Boolean fireEvent) . Any suggestions?

Thanks for tje links provided. In our case only 1 item out of over 80 items in the list on manage categories page goes to error on AddModifyCategory page. Rest of the items are opening fine. The item cannot be deleted yet. I had the chance to glance through  the above links before also but they mostly deal with issues concerning all the items. Not sure how to apply to our case or how to go troubleshooting further.
