I've recieved a few alerts for high ram usage. Looking in task manager on the performance tab, I can see the PF Usage amount, but isn't that the Page File? Where do I find the amount of ram being used and what's using it?

windows 7 still has perfmon. Resourcemon is about halfway between taskman and perfmon. Usually all I need.
