GroupPrincipal.GetMembers(true) will search recursively and return nested group members, i.e. members of child groups.

GroupPrincipal.GetMembers(), GroupPrincipal.GetMembers(False) are the same and will only return members of the specified group (i.e. no recursive search of nested groups).

GroupPrincipal.GetMembers(), GroupPrincipal.GetMembers(False) will also return groups in the results whereas GroupPrincipal.GetMembers(true) will not
