I'm new to Exchange 2010 and have been tasked with renaming hundreds of Distribution Groups. It involves across the company title changes.

Example - Rename GroupDSM@mycompany.com to GroupRSM@mycompany.com. Each group has 4 SMTP addresses in which the DSM has to change to RSM. There are many other groups with DSM in the names (Alias, Description, Display Name, SMTP, etc.).

Is there a cmdlet to accomplish this?

in short, there is no "a cmdlet" to accomplish this.

you need to use powershell combine with some logic to get all of them change. and it is not easy at all.
