What is the best source to study for the 70-680 Configuring Windows 7 certification test?

I am studying to take the 70-680 Configuring Windows 7 certification test. Are there any other helpful resources out there anyone knows about to better prepare me to take this test. Thank you I currently have the book and studying it from Microsoft.
