Currently, it is not easy to log every incident when an exchange between two people goes wrong. To make matters worse, I use online gmail as opposed to a more robust email client like Outlook.
I'm looking for a 'case building' software perhaps, or at least some way to make it possible to print a history of emails to and from a particular person or people in logical order, without having to painstakingly sort it all out manually.
My thinking is that I could print the long list of correspondence in order to make it easier to point out the items of importance to a supervisor.
Assistance is greatly appreciated.
