video bandwidth with 800 kbps per 8,000 users requires what Mbps?

I want to live stream video and also use VOD on the same Dedicated Server.  The videos will be approx.  640 x 380 and will stream around 800 kbps.  So how many Megabits will be required for 8,000 simultaneous connections?  Is the amount of 90 Mbps close?

The total videos streamed in a month is likely to be at least 12 Terabytes.

Seems like a simple math problem...

.8 Mbit (which is what 800 Kbit is) multiplied by 8000 users means you would need 6400 Mbit.  Or 6.4 Gigabit. Not impossible... but hugely expensive.

So 90 Mbps is not remotely close to handing 8,000 users.  Thanks for the help.
