Uploading file through port 80

Dear,
I am writing a c# application which generate few details from the computer and save the report to report.txt. all things are good and ok.
I want know to transfer this file to the server, when i use ftp and port 21, all things are okay, however, I want to use port 80 to not interder with internect security applications or firewalls,.
Any idea?

there is good example on msdn on how to use WebClient.UploadFile method to upload the file on http using POST, here see this:-
