im getting an error in IIS in vista and have installed it but cant find inetmgr in  control panel nor i get the localhost when i type in browser, i get the error below..

What edition of Vista do you have, please see this article explaining IIS features and availability as web-server on each vista edition.

iv installed easy php and apache so IIS is working
