Backup exec job failure

The Symantec backup exec job is failing to backup sql 2005 database with the following error
Its a windows 2003 server with sql 2005 sp4. Any ideas on how to fix this
Operating system error 0x80070002(The system cannot find the file specified.).

is the Back up service account has full rights on SQL server DATABASE?
when you backing up SQL server back up service account need full permissions on Database.
if evrything is ok
Download and install the hotfixes from Microsoft KB Article 934396.

yeah backupexec account has got full access to the database.Also i can't install that patch as it requires SP2 and I am on SP4.

what version Backup exec you using and is the SQL server virtual or physical?

Nothing ever in the clear!

This technical paper will help you implement VMware’s VM encryption as well as implement Veeam encryption which together will achieve the nothing ever in the clear goal. If a bad guy steals VMs, backups or traffic they get nothing.

Seems SQL SP4 has fixed the issue.It just needed a reboot.
