External tool for bundling and minification of java script files

Is there any tool which can take few java script files and minify them and bundle them into one file.

I would like to have an external tool like an standalone app instead of injecting some handlers into web application.

The only tool I used so far is the following: (but this is not an external standalone tool)

Take a look at the following article:

Hi,
JSMin is good as I have used it.

Here is reference:

Other online tools are available, like:

it is quite good actually. I have used it many times

I know you dont want handlers.
Is there any specific reason?

If you think that handlers will take time to load, that's not the case with following.
I have used the same in my website, and it works like a charm.
Easy to setup.
