Outlook 2007 stuck on send/receive - exchange

Hi,

I wondered if someone could help?

I am currently working on one of our clients computers who's email seems to be hung on send/receive.

when I click send/receive it gives me the progress bar.

see attached - offline address book connecting to Microsoft Exchange. - processing.

Please advise?

mail seemes to still be coming through as normal.

Looks like that your outlook client is facing difficulties with OaB. When you run outlook in online mode, it should not stuck like that. Make sure that your servers are setup to push OAB using local servers and not remote.

Check and verify there are no emails in the outbox that are larger than the limit you have on outgoing e-mails.
