Move the user's mail into local PST Files on their machines while still on the old system. &nbsp;After they join the new Domain and start working with the new Exchange then you can move their mail from the PST back into their mailbox (or just leave it where it is).

That's what I thought....the good thing is they decided to decommission their exchange since they already have moved their mailboxes to the cloud through Gmail.

Migrating SBS 2003 SP2  to W2K8 R2 Standard

Small Business Server (SBS) is a line of server operating systems targeted at small businesses by bundling the operating system with a number of other Microsoft products that would normally need to be purchased or licensed separately.
