Task windows 2008 datacenter

I have at ESX Virtual host windows 2008 R2.I try to autorestart TASK make But not working.

I did:
-created a .cmd file with shutdown -f -r -t 00 -c.
-At Task manager everyday at 02:00 restart server.

But still not working.
Anyhelp pls.

try to change the command to shutdown /f /r /t 0

OK
1) Open command prompt (press Windows+R and type cmd and press enter)
2) Type the command shutdown /f /r /t 0

Does the server reboot now?

OK, that means that you have your Taskscheduler configured wrong. Please follow exactly the steps in this thread.

Did you check the eventlog? Maybe there is a useful information why the task didn't run...
