citrix xenapp 6.5 printing issue

hello experts,

hopefully, anyone can help me out.

environment: xenapp 6.5 on w2k8 r2 sp1

problem: i'm connecting to publish desktop and suppose to get 5 printers (lets call them printer 1,2,3,4 and 5) which i can eventually see upon successful logon under Devices and Printers on client side. However, when i look on the xenapp server side (xa01) i only see 4 printers under Devices and Printers, printer 5 isnt showing up.
All 5 printers are network printers.
atm, i'm in the process of testing printer drivers, our direction is to use printer manufacturer (HP, Ricoh, xerox etc..) universal drivers and by using citrix policies default to citrix uiversal driver if not found.

example 1: i've configured all 5 printers on HP Universal Printing PCL6. all is working fine i can see all 5 printers on xa01 and client. i havent installed HP Universal Printing PCL6 driver on xa01 so i can only see event viewer warning 1106 - client auto-printer creation failed and defaults to citrix universal printer which is expected. HP Universal Printing PCL6 driver was crashing Citrix Printer Manager Service.

example 2: i left printers 1,2,3 and 4 untouched but changed printer 5 driver to HP Universal Printing PCL5. installed HP UP PCL5 on xa01 and confirmed that this driver isnt crashing Citrix Printer Mng Service. I cannot see warning 1106 which is obvious. However, as mentioned above i cannot see printer 5 under Devices and Printers on xa01 but i can see it on the client side and print to it etc.... anyone has any idea why?

citrix policies set:
Auto Create all client printers
Use Universal driver only if requested driver isnt available
automatic out of box driver installation disabled
