Outlook not remembering credentials

I have an Outlook 2010 client running in a terminal environment.  When my user logs into the terminal server Outlook never remembers his authentication information.  I have removed all saved entries that have anything to do with our Exchange Server.
·         domain\username
·         owa.domainname.com
·         exchange.domain.local
·         MS.Outlook:

This works while the user is logged into the terminal server, but as soon as he logs out of the RDP session logs back in and tries to open Outlook it goes back to prompting for password info.  Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Can you verify that Exchange is running latest updates and service packs?  Is this only for one user? I'd check for windows updates for that machine as well.

Updates are good on the TS.  Don't know about Exchange SP's b/c they use a hosted Exchange.
