Mac web cam recording software

Hi,

I'm having great trouble in getting a decent recording from a web cam stream I'm running. You can see the stream at sardicam.com

I have full access to the camera which is a Sony CH120 and to date having been trying to use RealShotManager advanced. But this program keeps overwriting the camera settings when it loads up which in turn kills the stream - which is not ideal to say the least.

Does anyone know of any other software that I could use to get a high quality recording from this camera or even a screen capture soft ware that I can use to record it?

Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

Screencast-o-matic is a screen capture program which allows you to record either your full screen or selected portions of the screen in 720P which may suit your needs ,
I currently use the free version which allows me to capture up to 15 mins of footage (i use it to make short video tutorials)
However you can capture unlimited amounts of footage if your willing to pay the $12 for a full subscription ,
here's a link to there site
