We use this dot-matrix printer for payslips (generated through sage payroll live system) but we cannot customize the page layout size within the printer properties; we are limited to select sizes from a dropdown list.

We have just changed to a new version of Sage and they only support this new size.

Would this be a driver limitation? Also, we are using XP.

Thanks.

Have you considered switching to Laser checks and a laser printer.  Some years ago we were using Sage's MAS90 payroll and when we switched to the windows version had to abandon the dot matrix printers and do just that.  Worked great after we learned how to align the laser printouts.

Just a thought

Thanks for your reply. The payroll people really wanted to get this printer working. After alot of trial and error I was able to select my own custom size using the generic text driver!

Everything now running perfect.
