I get the following error when I try to use Incredimail to send or receive my AOL email at work.  LDAP: error code 11 - Rate-limited by KDC

I don't get any error when I am at home.

What should I look at/change to fix this problem.  I have been researching for days and can't seem to nail anything down.

My guess would be it is being blocked by a corporate firewall.

The error is simply that LDAP Queries exceeded a specific limit.

Maybe ask your network admin or it person in case it's the latter.
