Hi Folks,

Is it possible to have multiple emails on SBS2011.  We have a client that has 8 employees, each employee has 4 different emails on different domains that need to be separate in order for them to respond from the email address received from.  Is it possible to change the MX records for the other three domains and for Exchange 2010 to deal with them? What is the best practice to set this up, the main domain is fine we just need the server to accept the other three domains/emails.

Thanks for any ideas.

If you dont want to use a policy, you can just open each user in ADUC and go to the email tab and add a new SMTP address.

Sorry if my info was misleading - you still have to add the policy as alan stated, but it doesn't have to be pushed to every user.
