Many cannot identify a &quot;human&quot;, so you have to deny them via the IP# of their machine, which means their machine must have a static IP# or a DHCP Reserved IP#.<br />
More advanced products can identify the &quot;human&quot; via the User Account.

I am trying to setup a GPO that will set the proxy server for Internet Explorer to 127.0.0.1, basically to make it so there's no internet, and then setup the websites the user needs within the exclusions. I setup my GPO, which is working because other things I set are showing up like they should, to set that proxy server but its not taking hold. Other GPO setting for IE are working...its just the proxy server that not.<br />
