I have a laptop without usb or CD.
Is it possibile to install from ISO on other computer?

I know this is not really in regards to your question, but may help for future reference.  I use to have a laptop with no cd drive, and I always needed to install programs so what I did was I shared out my CD drive on my desktop. Worked like a charm. But I'm guessing your laptop currently has no OS on it so that wouldn't work in this situation.

You need to configure a Remote Installation Service on a server.

You just need a Windows server with RIS, though it's been updated and called Windows Deployment Services: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remote_Installation_Services

TFTPD
and
DVD Geneator

I made lot research and found that is it possibile to convert winXP cd to installation from network.
