Migrating from Zimbra (Hosted) to Exchange 2010

Hi,

We have about 40 mailboxes on a hosted Zimbra platform (01.com) and we are looking to migrate all of these mailboxes (and mail) to Exchange 2010. Most of the users access their mailboxes thru IMAP, but a few access it with the Zimbra Connector for Outlook. Does anyone know of a good way to grab all of this data and put it into PSTs or some other format to import into Exchange once the mailboxes are created in Exchange? I realize that I could go to each computer and create a PST of the mailbox and then import it back in, but I tried that method before and it just takes way too long and takes up the users time and leads to frustration. I'd like to be able to grab all of the mail administratively and move it into the new mail store.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
