Reset Citrix Profile

How can i reset/re-create user's citrix profile ?

We use Citrix XenApp6.0

Sorry here is what you should do ,

First go to the location where you are storing the profiles , may be in a shared location , or in individual servers ( document settings \ $username$  or Users\$username$ or look into user properties in Users and computers  and check in profile tab for the location of the profile)

First rename the profile to something like  username_old etc and let the user log back in , the profile should be recreated with the username , confirm with the user that everything is fine and there is no issues with any application . After confirming its safe to delete the profile you renamed earlier to _old as per your need or you may decide to keep it for few days .
