Key left to backspace makes ´´ sign
Hi everybody,
my key left to backspace makes this sign ´´ , and i use that button for letters like í , ó , ý , ú , é , cause i am Faroese.
It is suppose to do nothing with one click, and add this character ´ when i type i , o , u , and so on, and add it on top on the letters.
My troubleshooting is, i have set regional settings all to Faroese, and the problem persists, but if i change it to Danish, it works, but then i can´t make the letter " ð " which we use alot here. The problem started (I think) when i installed Office 2010. I have uninstalled it, but problem is still here. When i created a new user, then everything works like a charm, but i have so many programs and plugins installed, that it would take me nearly 2 days to complete a setup for a new user. Each plugin has to go through a licence thingy, and blah blah. Yes, they are all legit.
I can also see that language toolbar when i had 2 different keyboards set. It saw that it changes when i go through different windows, but this is not the case now, because i have only one language set, and that is Faroese.
I looked also into the registry, and tried to compare values like:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Keyboard
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Contro
the value here: InitialKeyboardIndicators is set to 2147483648 . Not sure what this means.

there is a setting in office beside the region setting in control panel

Office is uninstalled. Should i install it again? . I am currently at work :/
yes looking for a url at the momement I remember fixing this for someone a few years ago the keyboard worked but not correctly in office

Thanks for info, but the keyboard error is everywhere. run , notepad , internet explorer, and so on.

When i scanned it with Malware Bytes, and removed the infections, my problem was solved.
