Can a Infopath 2007 form be used with Sharepoint 2010?

there are some limitations to use InfoPath 2007 on SharePoint 2010

Your 2007 browser forms will work right out of the box in 2010 unless they include custom code

Microsoft has published a white paper, Business Productivity at Its Best (which used to be called the Good-Better-Best white paper), in which they address specific SP 2010 functionality of various versions of Office:
