I am doing some DLP testing and need to create three files.
1. File with a creation Date, Modified Date, and Access Date 1yr old
2. File with a creation Date 1 yr old, Modified Date current date, and Access Date current Date
3. File with a creation Date, 1 yr old, Modified Date 1 yr old, and Access Date current Date

The problem is that on windows 7 the access date doesn't seem to change unless I modified the document.

Download the demo project from ChangeAttributes. This will help you with changing the file's time and date attributes for testing.

If the file is opened or written too. The modified or accessed date will change.
