Bcc an email to a specific address in exchange 2007

I want to setup a rule in exchange 2007 that if any mailbox sends to a specific outside email (e.g. someone@gmail.com) that is gets Bcc to a different mailbox.

So if a staff emails someone@gmail.com I want a Bcc to go to their supervisor....

How do I set this up?

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The only way I know how to do this is with a journaling account. a BCC sends through the client.

You could then setup rules on the journaling account to email to the proper manager depending on the rules.

I don't think you can easily accomplish exactly what you want to do, but it can be accomplished in a complex way.
