Windows 7 small fonts in one application

I have one application that when I work inside of it on one of my windows 7 systems it shows really small font. It only happens in this application on this system. I can take the same application and put it on another Windows 7 and it looks just fine along with all other applications on that system.

Any have any ideas on how to fix this on the system that is not showing the correct font size?

What kind of application?  Is it web based?  All other applications look fine on the machine?

Could be a resolution issue, or DPI settings in Windows.  Have you tried logging in as another user?
