outlook 2007 email

I have had a user with a pop3 email account, running outlook 2007 accidently delete a number of emails they claim are vital. is there any possible way to retrieve them.

So, are they deleted form the deleted items or just deleted from the inbox? As far as I know, once it's removed from the 'Deleted Items' you would need a 3rd party recovery tool to get it back. Obviously with no promise that you can get it back. I think there is a tool called 'Recover My Email' google it.

yeah, i am trying one of them now, i as you don't know of any other way to recover the email once it has been deleted from the deleted folder itself

i downloaded a product and it did recover some of the older ones, but none of the newer emails deleted over the last 6-8 weeks
