We have a small XenApp 6 farm. We recently merged with a company hosting a XenApp 5 farm. We have added each other's farms to each other's web interfaces and there is a trust between the two domains. Users from my domain (Domain A) can log in to Citrix Receiver on iPads and Android devices without issue. The problem is when someone from Domain B logs in. They are able to see their applications but when they try to launch one they get the very helpful error: "General Problem. Please try connecting again or contact your help desk for assistance."
We have our web interface (version 22.214.171.124) hosted inside the LAN and the secure gateway (version 3.2.1) in the DMZ. What am I missing? Has anyone seen this behavior before?
