MS Exchange Management Console

I use the Exchange Management Console on my Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit OS.

when I am trying to grant send as permissions to a mailbox / DL I get a error :
The term "Get-ADPermission" is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if the path is included. Verify the path is correct and try again"

I am not sure how to proceed and need help from the admins.
