hi experts,

I'm trying to start this program that was working yesterday but now its not. I get a windows with this message in the center desktop.

The program can't start because PfuSsOrgDoc.dll. is missing from your computer.

We utilize ScanSnap devices on our network, and it sounds like you do, too.  Something must have corrupted the install files.  You should consider dropping back to an operating system state before the problem first surfaced using the System Restore utility:

How to Do a System Restore in Windows 7

A potential alternative would be to remove your ScanSnap software suite and re-install it.
