displaying tooltips

I have radtooltipmanager displaying requiredfields as a tooltip, but not showing on right near the textboxes, it is shows outside the form as you can see on image attached. If I clicked on any of the textboxes physically that time it is displaying beside the textbox fine, other than that it is not.

any idea?
