SUPHP, CGI or Fast CGI?

Which would be best for my high traffic site?  SUPHP, CGI or Fast CGI?  I have a linux server with apache and my site is pretty much all PHP.  I want the option that is securest and the fastest.

you're lost, or you have defined the wrong goal
security is not a product but a process *annd* needs to be controlled and adapted continuously

said this, you miss the common mod_php in your question, which usually is the fastest but less secureest

you get better security (by default) with suPHP and FastCGI and CGI, where CGI has most configuration left to the admin while FastCGI might be fastest (of these three)

finally, none of these modes can secure bad programming, and that's what we mostly see in php code according security, in this case you have to do source code ananlyzes or at least a source code review
