Outlook Calendar Reoccurence

I am trying to create an event that will remind me every day Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 8:00 am, but for some reason it doesn't popup to remind me at all.

Any help on how to make it happen?

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

first check whether your exchange server time is getting synchronized with your email client/outlook  or not.
means both the time is same or not.
check your local system time.

if it is ok..then

Exit from  Outlook first, then click Start, point to Run, type outlook /cleanreminders, and then click OK.

I guess the reminder was set to none. I changed it to 5 minutes. I will see if it will popup
