OTRS AD integration

I have recently built an OTRS 3.1server. We want it setup to handle user accounts and authentication thru Active Directory.

But still AD cant see on the OTRS GUI.
Can someone help? How can i know i have a AD connection if not where can i fix it?

I don't know if they changed metods in 3.1 but for 2.4 this works. (Watch youtube video)
