Outlook 2007 Profile Problems

Hi

Ive got a couple of users who has had a few of the default folders within his mailbox duplicated although the content is not duplicated within the folders.

For example, the users had two calendars icons in the folder list. Right clicking on both of them revealed I was able to delete one but not the other. The one that I can delete has all the users appointments but the one that I cannot delete is empty. Ive copied all the entries into the one I cannot delete and then proceeded to delete the one I can delete.

This has also happened in the past with Contacts, Notes and Tasks.

The PC is running Windows 7 64bit whilst the back end is Windows Server 2008/Exchange 2010.

Other factors to consider.
The users sometimes works out of our office based in the US (we are based in the UK) and when he arrives state side, they setup his outlook locally and pull data across the wan, could this be something to do it? Also, they have PA's who access there calendars/contacts using their own Outlook profile on their pcs. Also, Ive recreated the mail profiles but this has not work either.

Over to do guys
