DFS Setup under windows 2008

Hi,
I don't have much details on DFS but now I need to setup one  for windows 2008 R2 .

I will be replicating from server A to server B. Do I need domain account? I do have admin account on both servers.

The server is a production box so I need a great link which will explain with snaps how to setup root folder, subscription to root older and replication services?

I will be moving files in 2GB range so any details on tuning staging area will be great.

Hi,
This video shows how to create a DFS share but doesn't detail how to add replication groups and setup target servers.
