Can get onto Internet but not OWA

I have one PC at a different location that can get onto the Internet but not connect to their mail server via OWA (SBS 2003).

Also they cannot connect to their server or PC on ports 3389 and 3390.

Any ideas?

they have firewall or on router forward is not configured
