windows cluster resources is hung

we have two node cluster (active /Passive) .All the resources group are online on node A except one of them, that is failed on Nodeb (Inwhich ip, name ad disk resouces are in pending state).
Please provide the steps to get this fixed. db2 appliaction is installed on these nodes.
We have only one resources Group that is located on Node b and in fail state. Quorm is on Node A(active Node)

Has the cluster log on c:\windows\cluster been reviewed?

I resolve the problem by rebooting the Node A and all the failed resources Group go back on Node A and got online .Problem got fixed
