We use Office 2010 with windows 2008 R2, and Citrix XENAPP 6.  One of our user has been experiencing an odd problem in Outlook 2010.  She will open an email and close it and then open up the next email.  Then the new email and the last email opens.  They close the 2 emails and move on the next email.  Then 3 emails open.. this goes on and on.  This happens intermittently, and if you simply close outlook and open it seems to fix the problem for a day or 2.  I couldn't find anything on the web for this exact issue.

I was wondering if there is a fix out there, without having to wipe her profile.

Thanks

In task manager, does it show just one instance of Outlook?

Can you also verify if you have the latest office / windows updates and service packs on this machine?

Logged in as another user / profile can you replicate?
