Im looking for a real-time chat software (web based if possible) that users can log into and partake in a discussion, ask questions, upload files etc.<br />
<br />
I think Skype is a good solution for this as I can backup all the chat logs by using G-Recorder, however I'd like to see what else is out there.<br />
<br />
I'd need the ability to backup the chat logs, and also to add users both manually and automatically after they complete the payment process.<br />
