dear experts,

how to delete user profile for more that 200 laptops remotely using script or any other tools?

If on a domain, create a script and deploy it via GPO that applies to all machines.

Google search batch file commands, should find it quite simple.

to deploy a script, does it has to be from GPOE->Computer Setting->Windows Setting->Script (startup/Shutdown)?

That's the one, just remember to use resultant set of policies within the GPO MMC the test if the GPO is working.
