I want to Develop a Calendar in Flex as this that http://flex-calendar.com/demo/#
Need Same functionality as in the(link) example,  i am not understanding how to proceed on it, i should start from scratch...
If possible can you guide me how to start wrking on it...

You should have some skill using Flex components. You can create such calendar using Grid GridRow and GridItem components

Thanks for the solutions, but the component created in the above link is a heavy component, its taking long time to load... is there any other alternative other than using Buttons and Grid items for component Creation. I wanted to use the sprite to create this component, but has its own problems with the layout. If a new event is added to the component, it doesnt know which child to be refered to .
