I have a PDF document and I need to delete/remove the 1st page.
How do I do that?

You can also reprint to PDF starting from Page 2-10 for example.

I only have Adobe Reader.
I need to save the file without page 1, not print it.

Since you only have the reader - the work around is to file > print > 2-10 instead of 1-10, select Adobe PDF as your printer.  This will print a new PDF w/o page 1.

This is an example if you have a 10 page document.
