microsoft outlook 2010

I am setting up a user on a new machine and he wants his contacts to set on the new machine in outlook when you compose a new message and you goto the To: field and type in any letter and the list off all users shows up.  if you could please give me the steps to do this?  thanks. im also using microsoft 365 with all this, if that matters. they dont have .pst files , they are .ost files.   but i do beleive i need to import another file. i cant remember what it is and how to do it. thakns everyone.

You need the nk2 file which depending on which OS you are running lives in different locations
