excel 2007 missing heading and axis data when you have 2 or charts on page

I am running 2007 at my premises and when i print out charts with say 3 charts on one page, then there will be data missing from the first 2 charts as in heading and chart title and legend and that will happen in the first 2 then the third will be perfect, have sent it to several printers even from another area but the same problem happens, if you just print one to a page works fine.
 if i print it to a  pdf file then print it it works perfect.

not sure what version excel 2007 i am running
last modifed 11/11/2011 cannot find the version in 2007, not sure were that is
any help would be appreciated

It may be that you have a MSFT update that is causing this problem, as a bug was reported in the Nov/Jan time-frame...

have passed this off to the IT guys as its not my network but you can get it to behave by centering the charts verticaly and horizontaly on the page and it prints out perfect.
