excel 2007 missing heading and axis data when you have 2 or charts on page

I am running 2007 at my premises and when i print out charts with say 3 charts on one page, then there will be data missing from the first 2 charts as in heading and chart title and legend and that will happen in the first 2 then the third will be perfect, have sent it to several printers even from another area but the same problem happens, if you just print one to a page works fine.
if i print it to a  pdf file then print it it works perfect.

not sure what version excel 2007 i am running
last modifed 11/11/2011 cannot find the version in 2007, not sure were that is
any help would be appreciated

It may be that you have a MSFT update that is causing this problem, as a bug was reported in the Nov/Jan time-frame...

See the link to this solution which helped resolve a problem like this, and advise ( The bug was created in Dec 2011, but worth checking against what you have though you say your last modification was Nov 11, 2011):
